Went to buy some cream, been many times to buy same cream and every time get asked same questions. Fine I explain but this time told I can only buy 1 tube. I have bought here 2 tubes before as I find it hard to get into store so need to buy 2 at a time. I was refused (DID THEY BREAK THE LAW LAST TIME?) so now I have bought cheaper online - yes 2 tubes no problems. Had it with this store will never go back; they are more expensive and now really need to confirm what is and is not allowed. AVOID.

Decided to call store to see if a product was in stock while waiting on hold I managed to drive 3 miles to the store whilst still on hold !! Total of 33 minutes before I ended call as sales assistant informed me no manager on site to tell. Not sure on the answer to why they couldn't answer clearly not bothered I feel appalling customer experience
