Awful! Never answer the phone and they’re so rude in person! Never any updates on when your prescription is ready, they always question why you haven’t waited for your “text”… that never arrives! A year ago this place was amazing, it’s horrendous now
awful patient experience. i was given incorrect information by 111 that they had an emergency medication, but absolutely no sympathy from staff who had more interest in telling me I was incorrect than asking how i was. No indication they were going to tell 111 to take them off this list for future people. for someone in tears i don’t know how people can be so rude
They never answer the phone. Literally the only way to contact them is to drive to the store and wait in line. Pretty basic: people will have questions and want to check status on prescriptions. Someone needs to answer the phone. I have been calling for 2 hours with no answer. It's an emergency so I'm just going to keep calling, sorry guys.
I swear this is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. People that work here are absolutely disgusting! Highly unprofessional

My grandson needs urgent medication .the prescription was taken by Tesco pharmacy a week ago .Still no phone call from them and they refuse to answer the telephones .what a way to run a service ...diabolical in this day and age .
Everytime you call there's no answer and when you go down there they as if you had a text & then your medication is out of stock or they can't get it
Absolutely ridiculous place. They received prescription a week ago, got there and it was "lost".... They could see it on the screen, but normal staff wouldn't be there for an hour.... I went back an hour later and they'd found it, bit didn't have the item..... They'd had it for a week but.not.bothered to order it!
Pharmacy has massive queues, very long waits for scripts and doesn't open on time because today the pharmacist is "late becaise it's raining"...
Waited 5 days for a prescription, so rang up. My medication was out of stock but no communication to discuss. Couldn't tell me when the medication would be in stock. Really poor service and requested the feedback given to the Manager. Will take my prescriptions elsewhere.
