I've used this chemist for about 12 months. In that time I have collected 10 "standard everyday" prescriptions. Almost every single time there has been a problem. Normally it's "not ready" often I have to go back the next day to be told the same thing. The staff are nice but I'm getting really fed up with always having to wait, even when I have been told to come back later or the next day. The record is 3 visits in one day to pick up one prescription that was going to be ready in 30mins. My last chemist always had prescriptions ready almost all of the time. And if they weren't it was only a 5min wait. Here it's on average a 30min wait resulting in only half the prescription requiring another visit the next day. I've left this bad review in the hope that something is done to improve the service.

Stocks most things but smaller ranges due to store size. All the staff seemed friendly and helpful and answered our queries
