I have no idea how this is still open. I went for three years and nearly every time I went for my monthly prescription, which I preordered, something was missing. The staff reduced me to tears on many occasions, threatened to remove me, even though I have every right to express my disgust and disappointment. I was on daily meds for my mental health. Suffered withdrawals many times because of their incompetence. The staff are rude, especially the male manager.

Really friendly staff ,, went that extra mile to help ,, I use this boots on a weekly basis and it's always a joy.

This is the worst chemist I have ever used and lots of people I know say the same thing, the staff are very rude, they very very slow, and it feels like they look down on you.
