Visited Saturday for an emergency prescription. The Pharmacist and young man working were understaffed and running the whole place together. They blew me away with the speed and professionalism that they dealt with each customer. More importantly they were friendly, cheerful and incredibly caring to each customer they served in this extremely depressing time for everyone.nnI returned today for a prescription for my elderly mother. They were joined by two other members of staff. They were all clearly under pressure and I had to wait for some time which I didn’t mind at all. Again these two guys were smiling and reassuring customers. I just couldn’t get over what what a wonderful job they were doing! Well done to you all but a special well done to Laurence and Rob I think I overheard their names Thank you for making the best of a nightmare situation and passing it on to all the customers. I for one was extremely grateful. You deserve some recognition!
Great service and great staff
This chemist always has helpful staff and whilst I was self isolating with Covid, one of the lady staff offered to deliver my medication free of charge on her way home.nSuch acts of kindness are much appreciated.
The smart looking young man with the nicely trimmed beard in this chemist is always so helpful and polite, but also all staff are always helpful and they are always so busy
Short waiting times and good people work here.nWould be better if their opening times online showed that they close from 1pm to 2pm for lunch!
