RudenDisinterestednHad to wait 10 mins before someone managed to end their conversation to attend to the ppl waiting, acted like they were doing me a huge favour. It's not difficult to give good customer service, often when ppl visit a pharmacy it's because they're ill + not feeling great. A friendly member of staff with a bit of empathy makes all the difference. This pharmacy is attached to a GP surgery, please show some consideration for ur customers. Don't make assumptions about the person standing in front of u. I understand u may be busy but it's not a good look when customers r kept waiting, we can see behind the counter, we can see when staff r avoiding looking at the counter, we can see u on ur phone. U ask the public to be courteous, that works both ways. One star is me being generous.
The staff are always polite and very friendly. They are always able to answer any questions I have needed answers too.
It is appalling,disgusting,he staff dont seem to be in a rush anytime soon,I put our prescriptions online so it's not time consuming should be ready in 2 days,go in the chemist say ur name and it is supposed to ready on the shelf to be picked up but no u say ur name and they say only an item will do it now,I'm sorry but this isn't good enough!!,I am disabled that's another reason why I do our scripts online,please bring back Rowlands pharmacy.
Always a queue and prescription is never ready. There is always a 15 minute wait for them to make up your prescription even though you put in a few days earlier. What on Earth do they do all day?
The staff are pleasant and helpful but since Allied took over running this pharmacy queues and waiting times have increased significantly.
