Since the self service tills have arrived in Salisbury Boots, customer service has been shocking. My mother, who has a hearing impairment and is not confident using computers/self service asked a member of staff to serve her. She was told no you have to do it yourself now there's no one to serve! Boots used to have fantastic customer service but now it seems customers will be going elsewhere if that's the attitude!
I am very grateful to Beth who took the time to explain to my elderly family member how to use their new medication. Not only she was very professional, but explained clearly and with patience and empathy. Much appreciated.
Incorrect product in box - looks like someone stole and replaced item with something else. Product was also more expensive than advertised, overcharged for wrong item.
When I was very poorly with Covid and post covid virus I was prescribed two inhalers from my Surgery. The staff from Boots have rung me three times to make sure I am using them correctly and not having problems. Couldn't be more appreciative. Excellent service especially from Beth the young lady who rang me today. Thanks Books for your care.
Went in to find some nail varnish remover for Shellac nails..I wasn’t sure what I was looking for so I asked a member of staff from the cosmetic counter assuming they may know she was utterly useless and I felt like an inconvenience…she pointed out a product and I reiterated that I needed for Shellac,she said she didn’t know if it would work..so I asked if there was anyone else who would know? Her reply was simply ‘No’!! I said ‘what no one in store would know what I need??’ She replied ‘No’ then started to walk away! Unbelievable! I did eventually find some one else,but I cannot get over such poor customer service. Bradbeers will get my custom from now on for anything cosmetic related.
Excellent, professional and sympathetic service from the in-house pharmacist who took time to answer questions, contact the doctors surgery and give reassurance. A busy store but worth the wait.
Went to buy some makeup that was displayed as £12 but rang up on the till at £15 but Nicola and Charlotte sorted it very quickly, no attitude or time wasted. Clean shop with good stock and friendly staff.
Popped in on Wednesday 27th Dec, asked a older assistant on make-up stand a question she quickly replied she didn't know and that she didn't want to be there, well love---- if you don't want to be there then go, let someone else have your job, terrible attitude, terrible customer service, judging by other reviews I'm not alone, BOOTS you need to get some young assistants who enjoy working with makeup and skincare,
Go to any other boots if you want to use the no7 range. I’ve never met such a rude bunch of people. Had the worst experience with a red/orange head that couldn’t have been more inconvenienced by my presence it’s untrue. Waste of time.
Just went to boots in salisbury wiltshire The lady at the help desk for the pharmacy does not no what she is doing we asked for ear drops,witch they sell, she said just go to the walk in i explained to her .but it was like talking to the wall .so we left and went to another pharmacy . i understand its christmas and some people dont want to work but she had a attitude i guess for chrismas
