No staff at the counter to process behind-the-counter medication requests. I was spotted but completely ignored by various staff who were coming and going, tending to a long queue of prescription requests at the next counter. I shouldn’t have to queue there when I don’t need a prescription. There was no signage to help direct me where to go, other than the message on the till display “our colleagues will be happy to help”. Well, no one did. Finally took matters into my own hands and helped myself to the urgently needed medication, then had to queue at the regular till where the cashier had to call in a manager to approve the purchase. If short staffed, they should have clearer information to manage customers!
Went to buy some makeup that was displayed as £12 but rang up on the till at £15 but Nicola and Charlotte sorted it very quickly, no attitude or time wasted. Clean shop with good stock and friendly staff.
I give this 0 stars out of 5. Apparently the pharmacy don't know what a phone is or how to answer one. Been ringing for over 1 hour now with no luck to get confirmation that a script is in for my partner. Will be changing pharmacy over and not giving this appalling establishment a penny further.
Visited yesterday 07/03/23 stood for 10 minutes waiting to be served. Till display said 'Our colleagues will be happy to help'. 2 staff stood chatting forbade 10 minutes before one said 'this till is closed. Rude disinterested staff
It's Boots, so you know the score. But the Salisbury staff are very good with not so good husbands, on the perfume side of things! And give a lot of good advice, thank you!
First rate service in the Opticians section! We also lost our phone and discovered we had left it there! They were so good- tried to locate us / kept it safe/ very kind. Great deal on sunglasses too:
Only went to pharmacy seemed well stocked on shelves but only 1 person serving non prescriptions so line was long not ideal if in a rush
Went to the opticians here, very good eye checks, kind staff, brilliant glasses.
It says says it’s open from 0830 hrs but don’t rush, the pharmacy only opens at 0900 hrs although it doesn’t say that on the door.
Happy with the extensive range of products. I've managed to buy what I needed however some shelves and promotional info was mixed up therefore misguiding.
