This Boots is an absolute joke. They never get your pills when they are due. I go without my tablets for days. This is very dangerous. Don't get me started on how long they take to serve people.
Absolutely incandescent. Couldn't dispense my English prescription as the Welsh have a different system apparently.
My experience was ok. Considering that this Colwyn Bay branch, AND Rhos -on- Sea branch are closing very soon, I don't have a choice of pharmacy services anymore, so I'm not happy.
Staff are fabulous, lovely bunch of girls, and always so quickly getting my prescription for me, I’m literally there 2-3 mins at the most waiting for them to get my prescription for me!
This is the best Pharmacy I have ever used. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they will always go out of their way to help.
Recently, there have been moments where I started to get annoyed, when the wrong medication was prescribed, and not for the first time. They can only prescribe what the doctors sign off, not their fault, but they're the ones in the firing line! Anyway, the staff here, are always more than helpful, and always ready with advice. I have been in, when a long queue of people are waiting for their medication, but such is the age, and number, etc of the locals, I think they do really well. The shop is generally kept clean, or as clean as can be expected, considering the foot fall. Mustn't grumble!
Great service but needs opening hours to be advertised accurately. There is no mention of their closing for several hours a day, which is the actual case. You will only be informed of this when you’re at the door, by which time you’ve walked several miles. Not good for less able walkers.
Always friendly, efficient and helpful. Downside is having to queue outside when cold or raining, especially for elderly or disabled customers.
Friendly and professional staff who work fast to get your prescription ready. There's always a fast turnaround and nobody is kept waiting for long. Conveniently located next door to the Doctor's Surgery.
No service, rude staff, just wanted to pay for something off the shelf but was ignored.
