Never can get through to the chemist by phone after hundreds of attempts over 6 months. Ridicolous

Boots in Colwyn Bay is located on a pedestrianised street. The signs at the top of the street do specify that deliveries are permitted before 11am and after 4pm but quite clearly state that no vehicles of any sort are allowed between 11am and 4pm. Despite this when I was recently walking down the pedestrianised area at 1pm I was very nearly hit by a white van being driven recklessly and illegally through the clearly marked pedestianised zone. The white van had a sign in the windscreen saying "Boot Pharmacy Delivery". Had I been hit then I would have been holding Boots jointly liable with the reckless driver in any ensuing court case. It's not unusual to see several vans, some with Boots logos printed on them, lined up along the pedestrianised zone directly outside the Boots store so it's clear that the store manager is well aware that his employees are acting in an illegal and reckless manager and therefore must be condoning, and maybe even encouraging, this activity. Hopefully when and accident does happen, which it will, the manager will be prepared to take full responsibility for what has happened.

!!!!!If I could give minus stars I would!!!! the lady with glasses and curly brown hair (pharmacy) needs to learn some customer service skills instead of shrugging her shoulders at me, when I ask a simple question! Then my mum went in a few weeks after myself, she she did the same with her !! Sort your staff out !

The Store Manager Phil Mulholland goes out of his way to help customers although some of the employees would benefit from some additional customer service training.
