I'd recommend Jardines or Superdrug down the road rather than this Boots. Please just have enough staff on shift. It doesn't seem to make a difference when you go to this Boots there are never enough staff to deal with the number of customers. The most recent visit, there was one person being served and sounded like they'd been there a while already. It took so long for the one person in the store to serve them three other people joined the queue behind me. Even my experience of buying painkillers was longer than necessary with the person picking up packs I didn't ask for.

This branch if Boot s like many others is drastically understaffed. I feel sorry for and have the utmost respect for the staff, who under extremely busy circumstances remain courteous and ever professional

Football fans loads of us turned up unexpectedly. Didn't flap. Just got on with serving beer. Friendly. Nice beer.

Terrible place always have a long wait whether it's for purchases or prescriptions & no ques, none of the staff seem to care about customer service I now go to Jardines they are great

Smallist store reasonable amount of stock always very expensive could do better with there services. Better stores close by and cheaper.
