My wife and I wanted to get new prescription glasses as through loss we were down to one pair each.nWe were served by Becky who did a very professional job advising us on fit and optional extras. We chose two pairs each and then spotted the third pair free offer and chose a third pair. Becky was excellent throughout with friendly service and helpful information.nPaul validated our glasses orders and Becky sorted us out with our pick up appointments. We departed with our orders and very happy customers. I’d have no hesitation recommending Boots Interchange to friends and family.

will never shop here and i spend 100s! boots remove any negative reviews so cannot write my whole review again and no one to complain to in person so tried to write a review but was removed. but  rude bullying untrained aggresive staff treat you as criminals security follows you around all aisles when we are shopping and served by the rudest lieing staff member named Linda who lied saying no receipts are given and was an awful experience and no one to complain too 0 customer service skills  and nearly all self checkouts which Linda said this manned checkout is returns only which was another lie rude awful service will never return!

We were a little stuck working things out on deals and over comes this worker called jasmin who was very helpful and manage to make our lives easier and also made our shopping trip less stressful than it was. Highly recommend people to be served by jasmin

SHOCKINGLY POOR!  Can’t even answer a phone!  The usual excuses, exceptionally busy???nWhen? I’ve never seen it!nSo much for a pharmacist being first line for medical care and advice - they can’t even pick up a phone, the question are usually 10 deep.nThis store has crashed so badly since Brexit and lockdown.nProducts cheaper absolutely EVERYWHERE else.nService a shocker - went in one day for a cosmetic item, oh dear!nNo one on service to sell expensive make up! They were all huddled in clumps beside the self checkouts.nA travesty, a patient could die waiting for this lot to answer a phone,

Have one person working the tills dealing with returns on a Saturday and all the machines cashless is completely crazy.nnSome people have to work on Saturdays and don’t have much timennThe girl working was great just stressed from the pressure of dealing with machines and returns need more actually tills and people working
