If you want to be blanty followed by a security guard, and made to feel so uncomfortable that you have to leave, go to this shop.  If you want to ring Boots to complain, don’t bother, it just rings and no one answers.  Over priced rubbish that I can buy in another shop or get online for a respectable price and not to be made to feel like a criminal.  Also poor customer service over the years.  Don’t bother.

Pharmacy section helpful but could not accommodate my needs.  Disappointing.  Shop itself laid out well as always with comprehensive stock range.

Poor customer service especially from the optician department. Long waits, pointless appointments and they always try to sell you the most expensive option.
