Tried dozens of times to phone through to the pharmacy. The phone has never been answered even once. Every time I collect a prescription it takes 15 minutes from the time I give them my details at the counter. My doctor sent the prescription to them but they had no record of that. They told me they would have it ordered for the next day. Next day they told me that they had no record of such an order. Useless.

Today I wanted to thank the lovely girl in boots who helped me when the lifts were broken. She went above and beyond for me and my teething baby who, before we arrived at the store was screaming her head off! I didn’t catch her name, but I wanted to publicly announce how amazing she was…boots Tunbridge Wells should be extremely proud to have a member of staff like her. Thank you!!!! x

Pharmacy team are USELESS!!  Emailed me 5 days ago to tell me my GP had not approved my prescription. Phoned my gp and they have, the week before! Email from Boots asks to call the store, which I’ve now been doing for a week, for a total of nearly 3 hours and 40 minutes. PHONE HAS NOT BEEN ANSWERED!  I am diabetic and there is medication on this prescription I’m about to run out of. I’ve called 3 other boots pharmacies, Ashford, Maidstone and Tenterden and all answered in under 3 minutes! WHAT TF IS GOING ON IN THAT STORE? 3 hours 40 mins with no answer!! It’s totally unacceptable

Trying to call , a security tag was left on my products , nice chap took all things out found the culprit , forgot to put all products back have come home without something … tried phoning don’t bother cannot get through to any department no head office so bad as I’m sure this could have been resolved easily !! Ineffective call service for all departments tried the lot
