Expensive but can get most of what you need. I never use the pharmacy as can never get my medication I need takes them over 2 weeks to get some of my meds

I shop at boots as it’s the most convenient place to get my products , pharmacy does it’s best considering how busy they are, however what gets me is the hassle you get when you just want to have a nose at something on most the stands you get pushy staff however I use to buy regularly from the Lancôme counter when the staff were friendly. But I have found the service I received the other day from that counter rude and abrupt, this lady who talked down to me as I preferred one product over another was talking to me with a snobbish attitude, it made me feel so uncomfortable I had to leave without buying what I wanted. Perhaps a tip for the sales staff would be to actually ask customers if they have used the products before and actually ask what they are looking for rather than talking at them as If they don’t know anything or judging to see if they look like they have money or not , I know this is not the main boots staff but they are making a uninviting environment for your customers. The main staff who have been there a while are friendly and one counter that is by far the best is the no 7 counter which has exceptional service and has restored my faith . I have to say I went back in today as I needed a product I could only get in boots, Marlyn on this counter is a credit to your store her customer service and positive attitude are what’s needed everywhere. I ended up buying no 7 products and very pleased which is why I edited my review, thank god for people like her :)

Its a nice store with a good selection of items. However two things I wanted today were considerably more expensive than Amazon. However in the past I've known it to be the opposite way round. I suppose my advice would be watch the prices and gauge how urgently you need it!

A well stocked light and airy store with well trained and friendly staff. An ideal location to either browse or shop when pressed for time.
