Staff ignore you when you're stood waiting, when there's 6 to 7 members of staff of which 2 are pharmacists you don't expect to be kept waiting so long, even when you say you're in a hurry after waiting 15 minutes they still make you wait a further 5, totally unacceptable, only reason I've been generous and given 2 stars is because it's close to home & close to my Drs surgery so convenient, if it weren't for that I'd go elsewhere.

Called into my local boots pharmacy located on the North Road in Retford today feeling under the weather suffering with a head cold. I received excellent customer care from employee Sam who advised me of the most effective medicine for a speedy recovery. I found her to be a breath of fresh air and an asset to the Boots brand name, the shop was busy but nothing was too much trouble.

This place is terrible, abusing customers, lying and terrible attitudes mean using peter james 200 metres down the road is much better and less painfull.
