My daughter went here last night to obtain a replacement injection pen for  her diabetes. The staff member was not at all helpful and didn't seem to understand the serious nature of  her medical condition or the problem she was having. She offered little advice or assistance and in fact made the problem worse because of her total lack of understanding . The staff in the Newcastle branch appear more experienced and have better customer service skills. It costs nothing to be nice!

Always an unsettling experience. Dolly birds with so much slap on you would think its free, always make ugly fellas like me uncomfortable. Almost have to dress up to go inside. There was a time when boots were just chemists but now, its like a cattle market but the cattle are replaced with dolled up birds.staff are helpful but as they are totted up to the nines its a unnerving experience talking to them. No male staff whatsoever when i went in.

Convenient as it has free parking and is a decent size. The pharmacists are great here too.
