Horrible service by the pharmacist , she asked me to wait for 10 mins , and I waited for more than that, she just ignored my prescription, until another lady came and sorted it out from me. A lady that works with Sanna, I don’t know her name, needs to be fired from that job.

I visited Boots junction 9 Gallagher shopping centre this week. Rose the Pharmacist what an absolute super star with the help she gave me. Today I met a lovely young lady who made my day!! Her name is Elicia Alicia and she was on the N°7 counter. She was extremely busy and serving multiple customers but maintained professionalism and a smile to all. I was happy to wait for her to get to me. She gave me fantastic support and guidance how to apply false eyelashes, she also did a colour match for my skin and showed me how to get a flawless natural finish to my makeup. She was an absolute Godsend with great product knowledge. I entered feeling a mess and left with some great valued products, feeling totally uplifted and confident about my night out. Feeling 50 and Fabulous!! because this welcoming, bubbly and accommodating member of staff took the time to give me her time and attention. Hope she gets to read this. She's a star
Not enough staff visible for a large store difficult to find anyone to help me with my purchase of perfume everything is rightly locked away but should have staff around to open cabinets. VEry few testers on display so choosing is hard. When I did find an assistant she told me they did have testers as they get stolen. Even more reason to have staff permanently there!
Boots has always been my ideal little place to find the things I need wether it's electrical , cosmetics, or fragrances .
Today the customer service was poor.. no one was on the cash till for nearly 10 mins and there was a huge queue in front and behind me. The lady at the till then sold me a ripped paper cashier bag. I promptly asked for a refund. If I could give this branch a 0 I would.. please train the staff to do better.. definitely the worse branch I’ve been too!!
Well stocked, sometimes hard to find anyone to help, over-all not bad, friendly staff
Good reasonable prices and good quality.
