I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service my 84 year old grandmother received here. She went into asking about her tablets, she was confused about what she was taking and when to take them. The lady was extremely rude to her and said “we don’t have time to do that” and suggested she should make an appointment with her doctor to discuss her concerns. I can’t imagine what would happen if she took the tablets wrong if she didn’t seek advice from her family.
Always found the staff helpful and prescriptions on time. Shame on Boots management for not staffing them properly. They are over worked and are closed today and tomorrow because of this I assume. Come on Boots support your staff properly they have to take all the flack on the front line. DO YOU CARE
Shelves are empty yet stock left in containers . Found member of staff totality unhelpful . Not prepared to check containers to see item I require was in them . All in all , had what I consider to be a can't do attitude towards customers . Customer service is appalling . Not good .
I wouldn't, ordinarily, waste my time and energy writing a review for such a simplistic thing as a prescription collection service, but I don't like being lied to. There is a notice in this Boots that the surgery are taking 6 days to pass prescriptions back to the service which is a lie. I handed in my prescription on 29 October, it was returned to Boots for completion on the 31st and it took them 9 days to fill it! It was not ready to collect until 8 November. So, they hide their ineptitude by blaming others... that's the Boots way. What I can't understand is why Boots hasn't gone the way of Woolworths, C&A and the rest of the dross... hopefully it won't be long!
Service is incredibly slow unless you are the only person there! Only ever 1 person on a till despite there actually being quite a few of them in store!
My wife and I had our flu jabs here and the staff were very pleasant and very professional, well done.
Never had an issue getting mine or my wifes prescriptions here, friendly staff that work in there as well.
A very handy shop, for all our chemist needs, percriptions, just wish it was a bit bigger.
It's one of those "i know what i need to get" stores but you buy 73 different Moisturizers
It's a pharmacy & chemist shop. Small and local, but national brand.
