Just waited 20 minutes to get served. There was only I person serving with about 12 customers in the queue. The second female staff member was strolling from the back of the store to the paper stand and didn't care that her colleague was under pressure.Finally an off duty member of staff who was shopping kindly went behind the counter and served customer's. This is a regular occurance that management need to sort out. I will in future use the Spar store who always have 2 members of staff serving especially when busy. Just plain common sense to reduce the queue and then return to less important tasks or just plain lazy.
A number of staff can be really rude all's it takes is a smile My friend an my misses both have and do work in retail can not believe some of there attitudes there fridges are never cold enough and they shut when they feel like it, in my opinion very low communication skills. When the lads worked there a year or so ago least they served with a smile...
Friendly staff always willing to help. Lots of bargains and deals each week. We'll stocked and open early, closes late. Ideal for that item you forgot to pick up elsewhere.
Wonderful staff, always ready with a helping hand and genuine spirits most often found in a small local community shop setting.
You can always get what you want in here. Range is good and the shop well stocked with everyday stuff as well as some great offers
