We are a restaurant and shopping every week from Stoke Bookers, most of the delivery has a missing item and instead of apologising and chasing we have to call them all the time to chase the product we have already paid for and we get very poor customer service back in return ! We have asked to speak to the manager several times and the manager is never available and has never called us back.We have been told 3 times last week by 3 different staff members that they will calls us back and that never happened in the end. You pay for products and you never get it !

Good stock range, friendly staff

I post it before I wasn't happy with the service now I m changing my post to a good review because since summer they have improved very much definitely 5 star   now

Good wholesale Can they get them better on catering stuff.
