Staff are always friendly and courteous. Do end up with some oddballs here, but the staff take it in their stride, even though they do deal with a lot of rubbish. (Including customers trying to refund items that they don't have a valid receipt for!) Place is always clean and tidy, and the layout is always very well organised.

I found the staff aporling no manners what so ever the wouldn't change my clothes which I had a recipte for but it was two days out of date ! I am a regular costumer to Colwyn bay bobmarche I've never been so upset ever the women who severd me was awful had no manners what so ever she was rude and disrespect full too I only wanted a smaller size not a refund for my clothes I'm so disopointed two how rude she was against me !
