Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Located right next to the car park next to the Bay View shopping centre, if you need an Argos this particular branch is very convenient.

It's an argos like any other. Which means it's all down to how they handle returns and deal with customers. Well they were very quick to replace a defective game controller without hassle. When the replacement turned out to be equally knackered they replaced it with a different one which works perfectly. No questions asked. Can't argue with the customer service. Fair enough!

Average Argos store and many of the staff would definitely benefit from some additional customer service training.

Find staff here not to friendly, the area manager needs to retrain there staff at this argos to smile more .they used to very friendly. as for goods we all know argos.

I tried that fast lane style ordering and it is much faster and the guy on there was great. The only thing that would improve my experience was if some of the other employees in there cracked a smile now and again. Busy people can still smile! :-)
