I have had such a positive experience with Bonds over the last year. From each step of the rental process I have always had 1 named estate agent who is always on hand to answer my questions and nothing is ever to much to ask. Grace has always been very friendly and helpful from day one of moving in to now finding a new rental for me! All issues during my rental were dealt with incredibly quickly and I have always been kept informed of things happening as soon as anyone knows about them. Every member of staff  I have dealt with at bonds is incredibly friendly and always happy to help and ensure the best for their clients! I look forward to one day buying my first home with their help.

Bonds have been fantastic from start to finish in handling both the sale of our house which sold in just over a week and the purchase of our new home, which they found for us.  Thank you to Dan for clearly explaining all of the steps involved within the process of our sale when we started working with Bonds - we didn’t need to speak to another estate agent after that meeting.  Joana was great at guiding us through our sale and in finding our onward property, and a big thank you to Phil for expertly handing the closing stages of the purchase and keeping us updated everyday via email and the phone. Bonds were the selling agent on our purchase and they were absolutely fantastic. From arranging viewings with Laura and submitting an offer to going along the journey with Phil. They were really clear, had great communication and reassured throughout. Big shout out to Phil especially, he was on our side and pushed everyone along including the agents we were selling through - not bonds whilst being personal and professional. Not planning to move for a long time but if I was then I’d go straight to Bonds to work with.

Such an amazing service from Bonds - from listing our house to sale completion in just over 2 months, the whole team was a pleasure to deal with.  The advice we received was excellent at all times, and they could not have worked harder for us. Cannot recommend them enough if you're looking to sell your home.
