Having lived in Henley for the best part of 20 years, Ballards were the obvious choice when it came to selling my house. The Ballards team in general, and James in particular, provided a really excellent service - they had been recommended to me by friends too, and I was not disappointed. I found them responsible and professional, helpful and kind when extra things cropped up at the last minute - and honest. When it was a matter of going the extra mile, they did.  I also bought our next house through Ballards and had the same experience from the other end. Thank you, Ballards!

We can highly recommend James from Ballards in Henley. He was very helpful when we bought our property and we contacted him again when we decided to sell. James was exceptional with providing very accurate property valuation, attracting buyers and managing the sale. We had several interested parties and when one offer fell through, James was very prompt in bringing other buyers. Overall we were very happy with the sale and the way James handled everything.

James k was fantastic; sold my house for asking price in 4 days and found me a new house. Buying and selling through James and Ballards made life so much easier. They were kind, proactive and professional.

I recently bought a house from Ballards and cannot praise them highly enough. James managed the process and if it was not for him, I am sure that the deal would have fallen through. They are proactive and accommodating and when I come to sell, it will definitely be through them.
