I read many mixed review so I decided to check on my own. Food was not only tasty but portion was big enough to made me stuffed. Service was also good- from the young waiter to the female-owner. I ordered off menu and they prepared for me special meal. Definitely will visit again.Food: 5/5
Best Indian food I had in a long time. I highly recommend it. Amazing Chole and Paneer! Combined with relaxing music! Also the seat by window is so well decorated!
The food was delicious. They serve real spicy food and love them. Unfortunately the portion sizes are very small, we felt it's not worth for the price. There is no naan or rice comes with the main dishes too. We had to order them separately, which added another cost for us. We were there on the 27th of December and service was provided by the owner and the family. We were not happy with their service at all. They were not friendly and took a long time to serve food.
Don't waste your money and time here. Service was horrible. Every dish had a red food colour poured in to it with no taste. Stop using food dyes for the sake of your coustomer's health. This is not Indian food at all. The attitude of people there was so negative! The portion size is too small for the price. Nothing justifies the cost, neither portion size not taste or service. Will never go there and will never recommend anyone to go.
Atmosphere Service not bad. BUT Food is worst in taste. They literally need to learn how to cook basic Indian dishes...Prices are way to high..Any roadside stalls in India cook better than them.. Sorry guys - u need to change ur chef immediately.
I highly recommend Bombay Palace, nice and helpful staff. we felt taken care of. the interior is tasteful, intimate and very nice. and the food is excellent, a real trip to India. compliments to the cook.
Myself and my girlfriend went here for our first proper dinner date since covid hit. And it was amazing! Their outdoor seating is brilliant and we luckily had great weather. The food! Incredible! 10/10 it's our new favourite Indian restaurant! The poppadoms and condiments that come out before your meal are super tasty We got the combination starter between us and everything on the plate was delicious! Full of flavour! I got the chicken madras and herself got the chicken Bhuna! Both were fantastic, super flavourful and portion sizes were spot on! We shared pilau rice and chips together, both were pretty good! And the Naan bread, specifically the Peshwari Naan bread... Best tasting naan bread I've had hands down. 10/10 can't wait to go again
Amazing food and friendly staff. The Palace Mixed Biryani is absolutely delicious!My family and I had a lovely time at Bombay Palace and would definitely recommend to anyone. The location is also great, right in the heart of Cork city!
Went to Bombay palace with my family for a dinner. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu offering great recommendations. The food was amazing! I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.
Very sweet butter chicken. Service is quick and staff is helpful. Flavors are not very indian but modified to suit the locals. Also what is with the 70s and 80s decor in all these indian restaurants in foreign countries?!Food: 2/5
