Been using for over 10 years. Never again. Last week asked for Turkish burger and got a cheeseburger instead. This week asked for doner and burger and just got doner meat on a roll and also got no salad. Must be new management or something. P***** me right off so much I'll just starve tonight

Food was ok unfortunately completely ruined by the staff forgetting my order due to being more concerned about online deliveries even though I was the only customer in at the time
very tasty food. meat was cooked to order shish wrap. portions were large. no complaints!
They had issues with delivery times but they owned up to it and refunded delivery costs, very professional and tasty food.
This is the second time I am ordering food from Bodrum express. The previous time was okay and I never really paid any attention to the food. This time despite the fact we were really hungry, the food was really bad. We've ordered £20 meal deal with 16" pizza which included x2 sweets. Both sweets were out of date which expired 2 months ago. Chips was disappointing, pakora was swimming in oil and the onion rings we had were absolutely disgusting and I only tried half of a ring then binned them. So sad it's the only takeaway within a few miles. Try to improve your shop and maybe work on quality not quantity.
Had a few times for collection and was ok but most recently every time the chips are reheated and cold absolutely disgusting smoked sausage looked like it had been fried at least 5 times got a single white pudding they put it in a small salad box which it obviously didnt fit so they just snapped it in half . I will never use here again both of us ill this morning I get things are tough at the moment guys but it's no excuse I will never use here again .
The location of this chippy is great. as it's less than 40ft from the silver wing a local pub with access to pool darts and live nights on most weekends. a good night and good food all in one spot what more could you wish for
I had food here and it is always usually good. Not had in a Long time though. But for some reason today it made me really ill I'm concerned about how clean the place is and how good the food they use is I never do reviews but it made me so ill I wanted to share my thoughts.
Hit & miss. Sometimes great, sometimes not so much. If they have a lot of clients they cut corners and food is prepared in rush, e.g. got unheated wraps or not grilled doner and I know they can do better than that
