It's a train station, so what do you want? Did use the small cafe that was an old signal box by the look of it. Friendly and helpful staff both in the café and in the station. Platform was clean.
It's a car park not to big but well worth it if you're catching the train
Nasty road entrance and single track with little or no passing place to get to thr car park off the A38. Also car park will fill up for the day, only space for 3 cars to drop off.
There was plenty of parking space yesterday, but sometimes there are no spaces at all
I love trains but not as much as my 9 year old daughter. Carriages are a little tired and could do with a bit of tlc, but lovely engine and very helpful staff. Thank you.
Loved this wee day out. Staff very friendly and were keeping everyone safe with plenty hand gel, masks and distancing with the seating arrangements. Son had a fab day
Great little station with national, local and heritage train services stopping there. We saw a wonderful steam train pull in alongside a modern GNR intercity.

Not expensive for all day parking, friendly cafe and a nice walk by the river if you're not catching a train.
