I've been going here since I was 18 years old, as I used to live right behind it. That was a few years ago and I've since moved further away, I still come to visit! And I always order the garlic chilli prawns and no. 6 pizza, always a blueberry Collins cocktail for dessert! And it never fails. I've brought family and friends here, never has anyone been unhappy about anything. I reccomend this place 100%, staff are amazing, always give their best. And the food is just phenomenal. Compliments to the chefs.
pizza is fab. the best pizza i have in Dublin so far. toilet is just a bit dirty though. service is very good. some orders were missed but they apologize for it anyways so its grand. id still go back for the pizza.
Wow Boco! This location is super there is real vibe around cafe with pizzeria with stone oven and quality decor. This cafe boco just off Capel Street, tipped in there to grab a coffee which cost me €3.30, I did mention this to the server that is was the cheapest coffee I've had all day. Another great review, can't say I'll return but I know exactly where it is located for future trips to Dublin.
boco was a pleasant discovery. nice place, good music, friendly waiters. we were 4 people, we ate pizza and some fries, all very good and well done, fast service. Average prices
Fantastic vegan options; we had a vegan pesto pizza, olives, and olive tapenade bread starter. I would go here weekly if I lived nearby. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, great cocktails, delicious food. Loved the pint of BOCO craft lager as well!!
I was really excited to try this place after salivating over all the foodie pictures but my first order was a huge disappointment. I ordered pizza with spicy salami, prosciutto cooked and chillie. The pizza was undercooked with a very soggy base. The worst thing was, there was a load of mozzarella thrown on top of my pizza. So it looked like I had gotten the wrong order at first. When I peeled of the cheese, I found the salami and prosciutto which was not even cooked underneath. On top of even more cheese? All the toppings were raw. I don't understand what happened here. Unfortunately this was inedible and for almost 25 euro totally unacceptable. The blue cheese chunky sauce and garlic sauce were nice and delivery girl was lovely but they're the only positives. I won't be ordering again.
Pros: Nice staff + Pizza #5 roasted garlic oil, mozzarella, feta, sundried tomato, baby leaf spinach, pine nuts, honey, parmesan was good + Pizza #8 crushed tomato sauce, toons bridge fior di latte west cork, pecorino Romano, macroom buffalo mozzarella, fresh chilli, green olive salt, extra virgin olive oil was really good; Spicy and Cheesy + Blue Moon beer good as always + Tempranillo Red wine was good; Sweet, bold and a bit acidic Cons: The menu could have pictures on it + Skin On Friesfried potatoes are scare + Wings taste was different in a OK way
Made a booking for my birthday and the staff were very accommodating as things chopped and changed throughout the week in the build up. Food, as always, was excellent. Great selection of beers, cocktails and non-alcoholic options that suited everyone. Staff were super friendly and always made sure we were looked after. One of the best spots in town for some nice food, a few drinks in a venue with a great atmosphere.
Tasty pizza, quite a few options to choose from. It gets busy especially during dinner service, so it's better to book in advance. Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian and vegan pizza options.
I go here quite regularly, it’s consistently consistent. The pizza is killer and there’s a great selection of beer/wine/cocktails to boot. The staff are on it and only more than happy to help, always. Highly recommend.
