Boat House

Good always as expected. Always good choice of menu. Service was good and a reasonable speed. Main meals are 2 for 1 but we went for the curry night. Puddings are always a bit pricey. The banana split sundae came minus the banana. We weren't told this and no apology wad made. When we asked about it they just said oh we didn't have any. Disappointing b4 to not be told.

Better experience this time. Staff friendly food good people watching terrific. 2 for 1 makes it a good deal too.

Lovely pub. Great food. Decent prices. 2 for 1 on almost all main meals. Classic pub.

This place has gone downhill!! After complaining about a Sunday carvery I was offered a complimentary meal. We went expecting better food and were very disappointed with the cold food which looked like it had been dropped from a height onto our plates and no staff around to collect plates once we'd finished. We will not return here again. The Admiral Nelson up the other end of braunston is far better.

Friendly staff, good value (2 main courses for the price of one), good basic pub food. It may not be gourmet but it is filling.
