I was sold the wrong battery for my car, after a few weeks it died completely, I tried to go back and resolve the matter but the store didn't want to take liability. They said I chose the wrong battery that's why they can't help me but please tell him how is this possible, my car is a start stop, when you look on the system it only shows there is only one battery for this model so please tell me how I can chose the wrong one, also the shop specialises in car parts and have alot of experience in this field so if they knew I was buying the wrong battery why wouldn't they advise me of this. It's clear that they made a mistake but don't want to take any responsibility for it. I am have been going to this shop for years with out any issues but as soon as something goes wrong they don't want anything to do with. You can tell alot about a business when these kind of things happen. If I was you I would avoid this place completely and go to Autoworld, the parts are cheaper and the customer service is alot better.
Visited today to buy headlight for my car and asked for receipt. The guy on counter argue that it’s not returnable item. Claimed that all electrical items are working . I have asked to tested before I go as it’s not returnable and he aggressively tried to snatch the bulb and said that he is not willing to sell me. Very rude and argumentative and unprofessional staff not recommended . Price is also to high then any other competitors.

These are my local go-to guys for all things car. Sadly the WWW undercuts them for many things, but when I can use them, I WILL!! Great bunch of guys, too!
My experience was of over the phone, the operative was unprofessional, his manner was lacking in courtesy and poor product knowledge, he just couldn’t be bothered ! Watch out if you are a female customer , the language and mannerism is disparaging and everything it shouldn’t be, 50% of the potential customer base! . The manager was present but he wouldnt take the call and handle the escalation, he said if you want to speak to us you have to attend the store, I had to get to work so it wasn’t an option. I wouldn’t give them my custom again, I have already found an alternative where I immediately felt more valued as a customer and was able to access reliable/ accurate information. Shop around there’s plenty of alternative options.
They've got almost all cars spare part... though could be expensive sometimes
