Brian was understanding and very patient. Although it was a time of upset and grief he made arrangements very simple. A fantastic service and would recommend Brian without hesitation.

Brian and his team recently handled by fathers funeral plan and everything went very smoothly and I couldn't have asked for anything better. 

They came to pick up my late father and advised all steps clearly. The communication between myself and BM & C Howard was stellar and I have no hesitations in recommending them. 

Without Brian, I wouldn't have known where to start with my fathers passing.
