WORST EYEBROWS IVE HAD DONE Had eyebrow wax and tint for £14, the waxing was awful and so uneven. Also she didnt tell me beforehand that the tint would hardly show up. She SHOULD HAVE told me before tinting that as i had dark hair IT WOULDNT SHOW UP AT ALL AND I DONT NEED THEM TINTING , instead she said I would see a SMALL DIFFERENCE. UNACCEPTABLE. When she had finished and I saw them, I explained this, she basically cut me off and told me how much money it was. On the way out, I turned to see her laughing with another staff member about it. The next day, I went again- she dismissed my explanation completely, was not remorseful at all, and didn't even offer a refund for the terrible waxing and pointless tinting.
Thrilled. What a friendly relaxed atmosphere and such lovely Staff. Looking forward to my next appointment with Justine.
