Went for a pamper package with my sister and the treatment we received was completely different. My sisters massage lasted half an hour longer than mine and we paid for the exact same treatment. My masseuse didnt seem bothered with me at all. They do have some good deals though, and that lady may not work there anymore! Worth checking out

DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT! INCREDIBLY RUDE MANAGER! My friend got me a £75 voucher for a colour and cut, I rang and booked the appt for my mum, who couldn't make it on the day as she was poorly, I asked if I could go in place of my mum and was told I couldn't and that the voucher could not be used and I would need to pay! The receptionist put me onto the manager who then began to list reasons on how this affects a business. She didn't want my business, and if she had been polite and asked to pay and book I wouldn't be as offended. Considering there are so many wonderful salons in Bury - I think the staff here need to come down a peg or two and be more professional. Don't even waist your time or your money - you'll be disappointed!

I visited the salon in October 2011 for whole body wax and a facial. The beautician that worked on me was LisaMarie. I found it a great service at very reasonable prices. I will be going back for more beauty treatments for sure!
