Appalling customer services. They deleted my online log in after a website upgrade, obviously technology isn't their thing so I wouldn't want to trust them with my money! After contacting them several times I managed to create a new log in without their help. They did eventually respond but were rather rude and unhelpful claiming to have responded to my requests for help, but after having requested proof of this they suddenly went 'quiet' again. I'm sure interest rates and deals are better elsewhere.
