First time I had been here and Alison was brilliant. We had bought a car from a dealer and after a couple of days there was a problem with the coolant system. He had given us a warranty that would only cover up to £500 of repairs, so she reminded me about our statutory rights and encouraged me to go back to the dealer and insist on them fixing it although obviously she could also look at it, but not for a couple of weeks. We called the dealer who came and picked up the car and fixed it. So when/if anything further needs doing to it, we'll definitely be back to Blueboys!

These guys are absolutely fantastic. They go out of their way to help you and bring you the best service they can. Would highly recommend. We have been using them for 8+ years now

I have always had excellent service at Blueboys, and have used them for about 14 years, but when I tried to book my MOT in October I could get  no reply. I rang them at different times of the day but no answer.  I drove to the garage, all closed up, no indication of whether they had closed for good or just a period of time. I booked my MOT elsewhere.

We used Blueboys garage for both our cars over the last four years. Alison and the whole team at Blueboys are fantastic - great quality work and great service. They will go the extra mile pardon the pun! to help out - would whole heartedly recommend.

Amazing group of people, went in with a “I can hear something…” and they diagnosed and made suggestions to fix it, would happily recommend them to anyone

Blueboys are amazing, extremely customer and value for money focused, they give good honest advice, I cannot rate them highly enough.  Fast and efficient as well as attention to detail.  Far better than the RAC approved garage near me where I had to go and tighten up and replace missing bolts and screws!  These guys are professionals with true 'old fashioned' values of honesty and integrity. If you have lost confidence or fed up with being overcharged then I would highly recommend giving them a call. I drive from Bristol to use them
