Thank you so much for the wonderful service I received from your company. I recently purchased my rauch bedroom furniture from you, it is now installed and looks very nice. The delivery was much quicker than I had anticipated and your staff were very knowledgeable on the occasions I contacted them. A couple of years ago I had the same furniture installed in another bedroom, and I had no end of problems from the company that I purchased it from. It took 4 months to arrive . Several pieces were damaged, had to be reordered and when they did arrive were wrong. I had to get a refund and buy similar bits from B &Q to complete the room. Needless to say the company are no longer trading. I would definitely recommend your company, and use you again if I need any more furniture.

I have been very impressed with my dealings with Blue Ocean Interiors Ltd. When I first started looking for a new wardrobe, I spent quite a long time searching on the internet for a suitable supplier, many times I would either phone of email the sales desks of companies asking for details of their products, only to be given a vague answer or in some cases no answer at all. When I found Blue Ocean this all changed, my initial enquiry was answered quickly and accurately in a manner that made me feel confident that I was dealing with a Company who could deliver. Having placed my order, I was kept informed of it’s progress every step of the way and when you delivered (ahead of schedule) your delivery team were polite and very helpful. The wardrobe that I ordered (Imperial 320cm) was packaged very securely and I found the visual instruction sheets easy to follow, and assembly presented no problems (about 3 hours) as the unit had been manufactured to a very high quality. All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would like to thank Blue Ocean for the speedy and professional way it was dealt with. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and relatives.

I purchased the Arianna Marble Coffee Table 09/05/2016 and it arrived chipped. I called the office but there was no answer. Finally Julie Moore asked for me to send pictures over, which I had already done. I sent it again and I never heard from her again. Then after contacting them again Michelle Copeland said they'd look into it and will "contact me tomorrow" on 06/06/2016, but I never heard from her again either. I am so so disappointed in this company, they have nice products and I wanted to buy more from them but never again :(

Ordering easy, recieved wardrobe 2 weeks later (Earlier than anticipated). Packaged well. Rauch Crato sliding door wardrobe. Good quality and reasonably easy to put up. Definitely takes min of 2 people. Thank you !

Awful from start to finish. I had to chase delivery for almost 2 months and when the product did arrive it is of unusable quality. The chipboard disintegrates like a bag of biscuits where the metal fittings attach, making the unit completely unusable. "Customer Services" are unhelpful and refused to provide a refund. I would love to say more but "customer service" have threatened me with legal action if I leave negative reviews! See some of the other reviews for the adversarial tone they take with customers. I am now pursuing the refund through my bank and small claims action. Read the reviews and you will see others have had to take the same path. Do your research and read the Facebook/Google reviews of Blue Ocean and Furniture Direct Ltd before you order.
