I have had a great experience with this supplier - I have purchased 2 double beds and 2 wardrobes - delivery was arranged very quickly - as soon as items were received. The service that I received was exceptional from start to finish, from the staff serving on the day through to the men delivering the goods. Great care and attention was provided when delivering my order. The items received were of a very high quality and finish.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! ordered furniture mid November! Supposed to be 2/3 weeks delivery. Still waiting. They don't answer telephone or reply to e.mail. luckily we paid by credit card.

Thank you so much for the wonderful service I received from your company. I recently purchased my rauch bedroom furniture from you, it is now installed and looks very nice. The delivery was much quicker than I had anticipated and your staff were very knowledgeable on the occasions I contacted them. A couple of years ago I had the same furniture installed in another bedroom, and I had no end of problems from the company that I purchased it from. It took 4 months to arrive . Several pieces were damaged, had to be reordered and when they did arrive were wrong. I had to get a refund and buy similar bits from B &Q to complete the room. Needless to say the company are no longer trading. I would definitely recommend your company, and use you again if I need any more furniture.

Ordered wardrobes and they look great really easy to put together and look amazing. Exactly as described online. Long delivery times but you are made aware of these when ordering. Staff very helpful on phone when you have a question. Would definatley recommend.

We had been searching for suitable tables from a range of internet suppliers. We placed an order with 1 company and we're let down with availability, but were not told for 4 weeks. We then ordered from an alternative supplier and when the goods were delivered found them not fit for purpose Before placing the order with blue ocean we called to speak to a sales assistant. The phone was answered promptly, the assistant was very helpful We placed the order, received a confirmation promptly. Received a call from the delivery company and goods delivered on time The tables are of good quality and ideal for our purpose. Considering all alternative suppliers we consider them to be good value for money I was delighted with dealing with blue ocean and would recommend them highly

I am disgusted with the service and products that were eventually received. Not only were our items we had purchased late in their delivery, the items we have received were appalling. The quality is horrendous and has marks on it in addition to the poor finish let alone the fact it won't even go together correctly. When the various problems were brought to the companies attention we have been told they refuse to refund the items paid, despite breaking various legislations under the Sales of Goods Act 1979. We have been told that all damages are our fault even the ones which are pre-existing and that no replacement or money will given. For the money paid for these items and the impression given from the website is certainly not what we have received! Never will I use this company again and highly recommend that others follow suit, I would never have used them should I have known the poor level of quality nor how obtuse they have been despite being at fault.

Maybe the goods are quality, unable to tell as ordered 3rd April, now 5th Sept and still no timescale, so you may be made aware of long delivery times, but 6 months is ridiculous. I have been in touch with customer service and each time they have promised to get back to me and never happened. Today I have been told my money refunded, can only hope this happens asap, so I can go to a more organised company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Ordered furniture through this company and 12 weeks later no furniture and no refund, despite the order now being cancelled, needless to say will be recovering costs and taking further action. Customer service is an absolute joke, phone over 100 times over 3 months and was answered about 3-4 times, email communication takes 3-7 days if you actually get a response. Have received furniture from elsewhere quicker than this company can process a refund. How can companies like this still be trading?

We ordered the Marcello marble dining table with 4 chairs this was a very expensive table so we decided to call Blue Ocean to see what lead time was for delivery and if they offered an assembly service, I was lucky I lived sort of close to there store and they said they could sort out downside was lead time of 7 weeks and that full payment was needed. My wife and I decided to go ahead and order the Table we got an email confirmation to confirm order so we waited. Week 5 we got an email to say that our dining set was due in that week and they wanted to arrange delivery and assembly we managed to agree to a Friday delivery so I could be there. Table and chairs arrived, chairs were already assembled the dining table was a heavy bit of kit but between 4 of us we managed to get inside without any Damage and assemble, the table and chairs look stunning big thanks to the delivery guys and Blue Ocean Interiors would highly recommend.

Dont expect delivery of goods on agreed dates, the courier they use are rubbish and in turn reflects on Blue Ocean Interiors who apparently cant do anything to help when there customers are let down. Asked to speak to the MD who wasn't available to speak to surprisingly!!! Ended up having to ship goods to a friends business and pickup at a date to be arranged as I'm now working away. I wont be using them again put it that way. Cant comment on goods because I havent got them yet
