Nice store with great service. I enjoy shopping here, some of the prices can be confusing especially the deals but there’s always someone to direct you. Nice place for the price conscious shopper.
Went in today - there was a £5 rail in the front of the shop. My partner chose two t-shirts and took them to the till. The shop assistant charged £20. There was a handwritten tag on each hanger which read '£5'. The shop assistant said that someone had put the tags on the wrong hangers. This was odd as the t-shirts we chose had the £5 handwritten tags on all of the hangers. I'm.sure this is against the Trade Description Act. Bad service. - very unimpressed. Never again!

Edgware branch is rarely open b4 10am... though website says half 9... here I am again sitting outside at 9.50... no sign of life!!!!

Went in at 12:40ish today. Asked guy for help. He said to bring him the trousers to the till I needed help with. I went to get it but he was gone from the tills. He was talking to another employee by the entrance for ages I went to him by the entrance and he walked past me back down to the tills. So I started making my way to the tills again with the trouser and he turns around and goes back to the entrance to talk... I waited another 30 seconds at this point I left the trousers and I just left the store. What's wrong with these guys? Annoying. And all the trousers are so poorly fitted around the calfs is always too tight and too loose at the waist.
Came in first thing in the morning after spilling coffee on my white t-shirt. Was quickly able to find a good quality and cheap replacement here, and the staff allowed me to change into the shirt in the changing room. Overall a positive experience and was able to quickly do everything I needed
Excellent place for t-shirts, shirts and denim clothing. Very helpful and friendly staff.
