Called on a Friday the place was packed. Staff friendly and courteous. We got a table pretty and waitress took our drinks order and when she came with them took our food order. We didn't have to wait too long for it to be served. Would have no reservations about returning. Kitchen staff need to be singled out for their hard work. Great job guys

Service was very nice and professional, however beef and bird sizzling was below expectations and pretty cold when served. My wife's New Yorker was good, nothing special either. I'll be back there only if I'm very hungry without having other options.

Very very dissatisfied on second visit. (First wasn’t much better). I don’t nornally do reviews but had to. Chicken was so dry it didn’t taste like chicken. Maybe it wasn’t. Chefs shouldn’t be sending food out unless it’s 100%. Do they check or test? Prob not. Anyway it’s worth a try hope you have a better experience.

Great food, great prices and very friendly staff. Can be really busy but once you place your order they are quite quick. Plenty of parking spaces and is right beside the cinema if you want a wee night out.

Blues Chicago has to be my most visited place for dinner, no matter how busy these guys are.... They are always professional, with staff who are pleasant and welcoming. Never a bad meal either with amazing food and they pile the plate!
