Holiday car trouble. 
Absolute diamond, saved our bacon! 
Wheel nuts snapped in wheel, no other garage could help so near to Easter. These guys went above and beyond to get my car back on the road so we could go home on good Friday as planned. 

Straight on the job, figured a way round the problem the other garages didn’t. Couple of hours car back on road and a good price.

I have dealt with many garages in my lifetime but my friends I can honestly say that the blue anchor bay garage is one of the best if not the best,WHY,because the whole team out there are soo  helpful and very qualified, dan and his team can be proud of the way they go about their business, Nothing is to much trouble,and their professionalism is second to none, I will certainly be dealing with this garage for some time to come. also they keep the costs for us motorists to a fair and sensible level , great coffee also. WELL DONE..

I have recently bought a vehicle from Blue Anchor Bay Motors and dealt with both Andrew and Dan King who is the Sales Manager.
As a bit of background it took me a long time to get the money together for a new car and I was very nervous of the pitfalls of buying a second hand car. I decided to go with a Garage that offered some warranty to hopefully give a bit of reassurance. The actual buying was smooth and faultless and Dan did his utmost to give me the information on the vehicle and was not interested in hard selling me the car but he gave me the time to make up my own mind and to feel comfortable with the decision.
I purchased the car but unfortunately it developed a fault in the gearbox after 3 weeks and I had a repair quote of £900 from a local garage to have it repaired. Now with most warranties, in my experience, the company holding the warranty try to do everything they can to wriggle out of paying for any works and I expected Blue Anchor Garage to say that it was just ‘wear and tear’ and not their responsibility.
I could not have been more wrong; both Dan and Andrew were unhesitant in assuring me that they would honour their commitment and they booked the car in and undertook the repair without question and gave me a curtesy car for the day so I was not inconvenienced.
It is very refreshing in this modern age to find a business that believes in good old fashioned customer service and in aftercare in an age where most business just want to walk away with your money. I found both Andrew and Dan to be honest and decent and I would recommend this Garage to anyone without hesitation.

overall experience dealing with everyone at Blue Anchor Bay Garage was absolutely faultless from my first phone call I was dealt with professionally and honestly ,I received a courteous, friendly service from beginning to end. Mr Dan King went "the extra FEW miles" to send the car I was interested in all the way to Bristol Airport for me to test drive, Rob the delivery driver was  charming ,nothing was too much trouble for him...  I would have no hesitation dealing with them again in the future. A Huge Thank You to everyone
