I go to the Banbury practice, the treatment that I have received has been outstanding. I see Helena Usher, whom has a lovely manner about her. I would highly recommend her if you are a nervous patient. Because of her, kindness and patience I will not spend the next 6 month dreading going for my next check up.
My most recent visit to Bloxham Dental at Banbury on Friday 12th April 2024 was very positive overall. Emma was fabulous in offering alternative treatment option which she felt was more suitable at this point... as well as being much cheaper. Treatment itself was carried out very professionally by Emma, supported by Izzy. Thank you. One 'even better if' was that my 8am appointment didn't start until 8.10a.m, which was a bit surprising for what I thought would be first appointment of the day. Naturally, I appreciate that things happen which might mean slight delays occur.
On Friday I saw Ellie for a check up. She was very welcoming and put me at ease. Her examination was professionally carried out and she offered some good advice. The treatment was pain free and carried out swiftly. Highly recommender.
Fab check up, my dentist Lois was fantastic throughout. Very professional, friendly and welcoming. A warm smile and laugh put me at ease. After the check up my teeth were squeaky clean and in tip top shape. I would definitely recommend Bloxham Dental @ Banbury.
My six-monthly visit to Bloxham Dentist @ Banbury was very helpful. My dentist, Helena Usher, explained what she was planning to do - take X-rays of my back teeth to check whether they were in good shape - and then cleaning the plaque from the teeth, were done without problems. I was advised to floss my teeth regularly, which I had ceased to do, in order not to use plastic. Helena told me that there are more sustainable versions of floss or tape, and I was able to buy some plant-based floss in Banbury later. All round, a very helpful visit to the Dentist!
I have been visiting Lydia for some time now. She is the best in my opinion, especially if you’re a nervous patient like me. She is so soothing and talks you through every procedure like it’s no hassle. She is so kind and doesn’t make you feel bad about your teeth at all. She reassures you and has so much patience. I can’t thank her enough which is why I’ll always stick with Bloxham dentist @banbury.
As always great service for my 6.monthly check up today. All the staff - receptionists Emily the dentist & the dental nurse were all friendly helpful & made me feel comfortable & relaxed. My appointment was on time & I was in & out in no time . See you again in 6 months.
My dentist explained everything to me fully before carrying out any work. She was kind, patient & understanding. She has also restored my faith in visiting dentists. Thank you.
We were welcomed at reception as usual, given a form to fill in and seated in the waiting area. Emma , our new dentist, called us in at the appointed time. After checking whether we had any problems, she examined our mouths in details, discussed future action and we then made future appointments with reception. Very pleasant attitude by all concerned, thank you.
The team at Bloxham Dental continuously go above and beyond with their level of care. Lois is amazing and the team on the desk are so friendly and helpful. They take the whole patient history into account not just the current issue, and on this specific occasion fit me in for an emergency appointment within less than two hours of me calling. Fantastic.
