After being a patient here for over 20 years and being made to wait on several occasions, I was told my appointment was cancelled as I was 13 minutes late stuck in traffic complete lack of understanding from the receptionist and I’m very dissatisfied.

I attended the surgery this morning for part two of a crown fitting.  As usual I was greeted by name and with a smile by the receptionist which in its self sets them apart.  Then called into the treatment room by my dentist Tim Sunderland.  This “legend” has been my dentist for many years and I would NOT go anywhere else.  After our usual chat putting the world to rights he did what he had to do to finish the crown and as normal I did not feel a thing.  I would like to say a huge thank you to Tim, and his nurse Pauline plus the whole team.  Thank you and kind regards Garry Williams.

5 star for good reason lovely team and professional.  Came to my support when let down by other practices absolute incompetence.  Thank you The Green Team restored my faith in dentistry. Alexander.
