My Daughter and I have just had an amazing Spa Day at Bliss Spa Eastbourne. I booked a pre-wedding "stress relief day" for us both to include several bespoke treatments with a lovely lunch. We arrived to the warmest of welcomes followed by a truly wonderful day.  Marie and Nadia were exemplary in every aspect of the day. I can not thank them both enough for making our time there so special and adding to the wonderful Wedding experience for a Bride and Mother of the Bride. Looking forward to returning soon.

Best Massage ever!

Massage was great and the therapist was really good at her job. Lovely oils used that were warned just right... When I have time I'll be back for another - can't wait!

 I just had another amazing massage at BLISS Spa Beauty Salon from Marie. After another stressful day, her strong hands melted the kinks out of my tense muscles. She is professional and thoughtful in her approach and each session has left me feeling rejuvenated
