Awful. I booked a treatment but they couldn't fulfil it as they didn't have the right people there that day. I couldn't reschedule because we had booked the day off work specially. But they refuse to give me my deposit back!! Its not much money but I've paid you purely to be disappointed and to not have the treatment. Absolute joke. First visit so could have gained a customer for life but no chance.
