"The traditional ‘greasy spoons’ of the ‘East end’ of London are slowly dying out. Their humble charm welcomed all - workmen, black cab drivers, Bobbys on the beat, students and families on a budget. These cafes broke down barriers by bringing the community together over food and drink. East London was more open and welcoming for their existence. Blighty pays homage to the Greasy spoon and the In the moodfood/Dame Edna Everages beverages of the East End."

Love the food, decor, and overall ambience! Been here a number of times always satisfied. I would definitely recommend their full English, breakfast bap, and croissants. Louise is always wonderful and super helpful! I will definitely keep coming back for the great food and customer service!
One of my favourite places, to work eat and socialise! The breakfasts are immense ans absolutely delicious, with great Vegetarian and Vegan options. The afternoon Burger menu is equally brilliant, and I would recommend to anyone a visit!
Good environment for breakfast place and friendly staff as well . The food portion are big and it’s my first time having bone marrow that came together with their big breakfast set. That’s something different unfortunately not my kind of food
What a gorgeous place to be! Super friendly staff, happiness all over the place and a delicious variety of food and drinks. Thank you so much guys for the great morning with you and the proper breakfast!
It is a great place, amazing coffee, great service and a nice place to have some creative work done. I sat near the window and worked on some designs while i enjoyed a nice veggie breakfast. Highly recommended
It’s called,‘Blighty’, and their strap line reads, “a very British cafe’.’ Na-a! It’s rundown. This is, in my opinion, a slur against quintessentially British good taste. The first impression I got when entering Blighty, was, it was ‘unkempt’. I found absolutely no redeemable features whatsoever. It wasn’t shabby chic, I can take that, this place looks shabby. If the owner’s aim was, to make the place ‘down to earth’ and cosy, I believe they’ve failed on both counts. It’ looks like no one cares, and that anything is good enough. It’s gloomy, and has the appearance, to me at least, of being unclean. Perhaps the owners think that’s what Tottenham residents want! Well, this Tottenham resident most certainly does not. All the furnishings are paltry. The whole place looks like no one cares. I instantly took a dislike to it. The cafe reflects badly on ‘Blighty,’ England, actually. It’s not at all representative of English good taste and class.
Vegetarian full English breakfast was amazing, we also had hash brown and avocado on toast. Well worth it.
Friendly service and a big cuppa coffee! Love that the place feels really cozy and homely. Would come back for their English breakfast!
Such a refreshingly relaxed atmosphere and excellent service too. Dog friendly and vegan, also with an excellent bacon bap on a brioche bun. Not just that, also a fried egg, hash brown, spinach mushrooms......i got an extra sausage too. Delicious!! There's plenty more to offer, oh and the coffee won't disappoint. Did I mention how good the staff were? Totally going again! Vegetarian options: Vegan options also
Visited today - Monday lunchtime. It's an all day breakfast place. I had the full English with slight choice variations. Service was really good, friendly staff. The sausages where great size and extremely tasty. The whole breakfast was lovely, only I don't really like sourdough bread so should have said no - my fault. But all in all a really nice meal. Nice relaxed atmosphere with chilled music playing in the background and not too loud. Would definitely go again.
