Blazing Bikes were a dream to deal with from the first contact with Will on the Sales side, he really knows his stuff, to the excellent choice of Trek and Scott models, quicker lead times than other suppliers, right up to the delivery to my front door by Stuart. Had a fantastic experience with the guys here right from the start.  Unfortunately there was some delays, however it's how those problems get resolved that I always appreciate.  I ordered my first EMTB from here a few weeks back after hearing great reviews and also seeing the competitive prices. The email correspondence from Patrick was brilliant, he was quick yet thorough with his responses to all my questions, and there was a lot of them so also thank you for being patient.  Sadly there was some delays with the bike that I ordered, but that was expected as the bike said "preorder" on the site. They had made me aware the order was due in but they didn't have a definitive date yet. A few weeks later and some more delays, I spoke to Will, and after some phonecalls back and forth he managed to source me a different bike with slightly better specification to the one I ordered. Will, then arranged for a very quick turnaround, despite me ordering Invisframe, so I could collect later that week.  Thanks to the quick turnaround I was then able to take the bike up the bikepark on the weekend. The photo added is after a very muddy shesh. It surpassed all of my expectations of how capable an ebike really is.  The guys here were all very helpful so I would highly recommend paying them a visit if you're looking at getting a new bike.

Got my trek fuel exe from these guys very good communication and fast to respond, got my weight to fully setup my bike and got it sent out unbelievable quick. Would highly recommend and hope to deal with them in the future

Ordered my new Trek Remedy 7 and was very impressed with the service and responsiveness from the whole team here. They answered all of my questions, built the bike and set up the suspension for my weight. Then delivered it to my front door over 100 miles away in less than a week.

Without a doubt the best bike shop I have dealt with. Quick to respond using the website "contact us" section. One you buy your bike the workshop will be in touch by text. I dealt with David who had all the time for my questions and excited impatience of getting a new bike. Contact prior to delivery was also excellent and on the day, Stu absolutely bent over backwards to get my new bike to me. Couldn't find my model of bike cheaper anywhere else. Absolutely buy your next bike from Blazing Bikes. Great touch that they deliver personally so there are no courier worries.

I ordered a Scott bike from Blazing Bikes and the service I have received is fantastic. Delivered to my front door in Devon via one of there own vans Stu and the staff went above and beyond and would not hesitate to use Blazing Bikes again would 110% recommend thanks so much guys.

Great bikes and e-bikes for very competitive prices. Big thanks to Stuart, who does great job delivering bikes across UK! I used Blazing Bikes to order Scott Patron E-Bike. It did take few months for the delivery, which is totally expected these days. I am very happy with Blazing Bikes' service and later this year I will also try their trails and accommodation options in Wales! Thank you guys!

Absolutely would recommend using Blazing Bikes. I bought my trek bike from them after Christmas, and they were quick to answer my queries. They delivered my bike themselves, attached my additional equipment for me and everything. I then had to contact them as I realised I had sized the bike wrong, and they were extremely kind to offer me an exchange for the size down with only a small charge to cover delivery… plus all the communication to delivery in hand was less than a week!!  I live in Essex and so for them to drive all this way for what was my own mistake in the first place was fantastic and I am extremely grateful. Exchange was quick and again, my additional equipment was detached from one bike and attached again on to the other one - no questions asked!  Super friendly personal service - couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you to everyone at Blazing Bikes for what feels like a personal 1:1 customer experience!

Ordered my bike online and it was built, PDI'd, set-up for my weight & hand delivered 10 days later all the way to Scotland. A huge thank you to the driver who delivered my bike, sorry I didn't catch your name - polite, professional & really informative during the handover.  My only other feedback would be that an estimated delivery week would have been beneficial to me.  Would definitely use again & hope to visit the shop one day.

I never leave reviews, but quite simply I feel I have to, completely deserving of a 5 star rating. Blazing Bikes went above and beyond for me and my recent purchase of my Trek Slash 8. Extremely helpful and genuine which means everything, they held the bike for me whilst I got my cycle scheme voucher which took a lot longer than expected. Communication was fantastic and I must say a personal thanks to Will for being so great. Free delivery of the bike also, to my workplace. No other place to go for your new bike and accessories, a very very happy customer. Thanks!
