Every time I have dealings with Dave Mellor cycles it's a joy, because of thei their superb and honest customer service.  I had booked in for a full service but was told that I really didn't need a full service but was fine with a more standard service,  saving me £60. The service was great and the bike runs beautifully,  and I'm £60 better off. They really are a superb business.  Honest and helpful.  They are just a really nice bunch of people whose main aim seems to be helping people get the best out of cycling.  These business can often be quite intimidating but they are there to help,  whatever your level of expertise

Once again DMC provide excellent service at a good price. This time a couple of 20 year old wheels were given a new lease of life with a spoke repair and hub service. They look as good as new now. Can't wait to take them for a spin. And all done faster than I was expecting. Thanks guys!

Travelled from Leicester for a bike fit with Erick on recommendation from a friend. Would happily travel again as the bike fit was so professional, the attention to detail was brilliant and both my bikes now have the perfect set up. Many thanks to Dave and his team for managing their way through the numerous problems my seized-up bikes threw at them!

Must admit I wasn’t sure which part to order.  Was given a lot of help, then managed to buy the wrong item luckily I realised before it was despatched!  Sorted easily and part despatched and received within 2 days.  Will definitely use again

Knowledgeable well staffed friendly shop.  My regular goto for all things bike.  Bike fitting is especially comprehensive.

Just ordered a Specialized helmet from David Mellor Cycles that I could get anywhere else. Needed it the following day, David and Ewan went out of their way to make sure I received it the very next day even though I didn't order it till late in the afternoon. Excellent service, would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you very much.

Been going to DMC for years, never let me down, always listen to any bike related concerns I may have and resolve them promptly.. beat shop in Shrewsbury if not the UK and I've bought from many companies over the West Midlands and Shropshire.. benchmark for all dealers out there.

A great cycle shop, a very knowledgable, helpful, approachable and friendly staff.  A good range of both cycles and cycling aids and extras.  Much better than a certain high street outlet.  Dave Mellor had everything I needed and the staff member was extremely helpful. If I lived in this Shrewsbury area I would definately use Dave Mellors cycle shop again.

Helpful staff, and a very wide range of bikes and bits for all sizes and ages
