A really good store for home repair and building work . The staff are really good at providing advice and guidance.
Staff are really friendly and helpful. There are a few doors, not all of them get you in the building, something I discovered when I went on a quiet afternoon. We all had a smirk at that! ‍nStaff in the yard are helpful also when it comes to loading.
Easy to shop, reasonable prices, item in-stock to take away.nThey also offer delivery.
Brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable. I came in looking to replace a “non-standard”floorboard. They were happy to wander around the yard offering possible solutions - makes a change from the “errr, all our floorboards are on aisle 4” and vaguely pointing across the shop you get elsewhere.nnThe shop looked very well stocked and seemed to have every power tool known to man on the back wall.nnWill be the first place it try from now on!
Absolute disgrace of a buildings merchant, very rude staff behind the till/counter, the shop floor was an absolute mess. I was trying to pick out basic plumbing supplies which became extremely hard work because of the unorganised shelves and when I asked for help I was completely ignored, in the end I walked out buying nothing and gladly drove to Wycombe to spend around £450 with their competitors. The only communication I received was being told I was not wearing a face mask correctly, if they worried as much about their customer service and keeping the shop floor organised and tidy - I am sure they could do a lot better. Just to add I would be very upset if my staff spoke to customers the way I was spoken to today. Definitely recommend avoiding this place and driving in to Wycombe like I did!
