Excellent first time customer experience in yard and shop dedicated staff who know what they are talking about.
We needed a fence post, post mix and screws but came out with more items as the shop has so much more to offer and a great choice of safety PPE clothing and accessories as my partner climbs pylon towers. Guys in the yard are really knowledgeable and friendly and will help take items to car for you, the staff in the shop know customers want value for money but also can offer a wide variety of products.
Glad to know there is a local good value family run business which is offering a great service so that we can stay away from the high street town brands and don't need to compete against Aylesbury traffic and parking on a Saturday morning.

Not as good as they used to be, under new management so I'm told. It's very much get you in and get you out sales, not really interested in repairing my old 024 and 026 saws, but very  pushy towards me buying two new saws. After 30 years I've taken my business elsewhere.

Just a very good, professional set-up. Briants offers a good range, very competitive prices and useful delivery service. The staff are excellent - always friendly, helpful and, importantly, able to offer good advice and guidance. Highly recommended.
