I love the cake with fruit, it's amazing. The coffee is very niceFood: 5/5
Love this place!! Great selection of healthy salads you can mix in one container, ie sweet potato, cauliflower, lentils, beetroot, Greek salad, potatoes etc. I’m vegetarian and this is my best lunch option in Hammersmith. I see salmon and other foods as well. Delicious, fresh, and a great value this was less than £5!. Also the staff is always smiling, generous, and very friendly!
This elderly gray man was rude af literally barged passed me in the doorway from behind me to get in, without even saying excuse me please and literally grunted and huffed in my face and shook my head whilst giving me he dirtiest look as if in disgust of me, when I was too entering the coffee shop, minding my business. This is my first time here and I won’t be coming back. He seemed to be a regular/owner/working there/involved somehow because the member of staff inside was talking to him as if they were familiar and said “see you next week”. This member of staff had a strangely aggy and curt attitude, all the while calling me darling and lovely. The staffs attitude was kind of giving “I’m over it this job” / “don’t wanna be here” they were eating and talking on the phone whilst serving me, and I had to repeat my order. I usually don’t care about these things and carry on with my day, letting bad vibes pass by, but I felt to leave a review cos the energy was off, and that’s something that stuck out and then I saw others had similar reviews. Not to mention the coffee was nasty, tasted decafinated, was so hot it would burn your skin off, no fresh coffee kick as other reviewers have mentioned and just tasted like bottom of the barrel stuff. Overpriced too 3.25 for a black coffee, if it was decent okay but this one…you’re having a laugh
Coffee was average and food was disappointing. The terasse location is amazing, so still had a nice time.Food: 1/5
Just awful. The elderly moustached man in there is actually overtly RUDE and HORRIBLE!. I thought it was just me so was actually comforted to see some of the other reviews about this man and his attitude. He literally slaps the food in the box with a face like a slapped arse and makes you feel uncomfortable for being there. The food is okay, hit and miss and hugely overpriced. Directly opposite is a similar cafe with fresh salads, great coffee and always friendly service..
I grabbed a takeaway lunch here today. Great price for the quantity of food - I ordered the takealot large salad box, and it was under £8.50. Wonderful, fresh selection of salads to mix and match today I got roasted cauliflour, hericots vert with sesame seeds, roasted beets with dill, and a chick-pea parsley. All were delicious and full of flavour. Didn't try coffee but the menu looked great. Will be back!
Came here early in the morning as we randomly found this place while walking around the neighborhood we stayed in. We ordered the tortilla squash, pumpkin, zucchini, spinach, cheese, eggs and broccoli and cheese quiche. Our drinks were mocha and cappuccino. The tortilla was interesting. Definitely nothing like we have in the States. It was tasty and healthy at the same time. The quiche was good but the egg was more runny than the quiche we had while in Italy. I definitely prefer how the quiches are made in Italy over England. In any case, both the main courses were delicious. The cappuccino was lacking when compared to Italy. It lacked the strong coffee bean flavor. It felt “light” and without that morning coffee “kick” to start the day off right. I would recommend this place but I know you can find better coffee elsewhere in the city. The staff was friendly and this place accepts credit cards.
Delicious healthy freshly made fresh salads served with a smile. I had a slice of fresh salmon with my salads, very tasty. However the chocolate cake I had tasted as if it had been sitting around for awhile and was a bit sickly. I would recommend the salads and salmon to anyone interested in tasty healthy food, however keep off the cakes!
Great place for healthy food with large salad portions and delicious mains. Generally the mains are either chicken, salmon, pasta or quiche. But they also offer just salad boxes. They offer hot and cold drinks too and a fine selection of quality individual cakes and cookies. This is my regular haunt for lunch and the quality of food keeps me coming back. The staff are pleasant, but service can be somewhat slow at busy times. The shop is also quite small, so you generally have to juggle past others to pay. In Summer, the tables outside are always taken because it's a great place to catch the midday sun. I wouldn't generally recommend eating in. The tables are against the window and there really isn't much room.
This is an amazing place. The staff was very polite. There is plenty of seats outside where you can enjoy your coffee and free delicious pastry. I would come back
