I very rarely give somewhere 5 stars but this site ticked all the boxes. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much effort. The site was immaculate, shower/toilet block was perfect, never a piece of dirt whenever we went in. The pitches are large hardstanding which will take normal pegs. All the pitches are angled so reversing in is much easier. The dog walking field is huge. Dog washing area was great with hot water. Highly recommend this place. We ate.one night at the blue cap pub which accepts dogs in the bar. Lovely meal.

Just returned from a great weekend break in our tourer at Blakemere. The weather was rubbish, but that was the only thing that was! The wardens on the site were very friendly and a nice touch showing you to your pitch and asking if there was any assistance needed. Caravan park facilities are great....clean, modern, warm and a pleasure to visit. Site is compact so not far to walk for toilets or waste facilities. Low level lighting at night is handy but not intrusive, site is spotless and our pitch was completely level :) The shops and playbarn next door were enough to keep us entertained for the Saturday so we didnt even need to move from the site at all. We will be returning in the summer and also for the bonfire weekend in 2018. Thanks for a lovely time

Had a lovely stay as usual. Very helpful staff always ask if you need any help when you arrive. Lovely and clean shower's and toilets. Will be back soon hopefully.
